Great service love this place

I am always sure that my dogs will be well taken care of. I love, love, love the new "report paws". I totally recommend Pet Paradise!

Best pet resort in Jacksonville!! Everyone always goes above and beyond so both yours and your pets experience is the best! The facility stays spotless and my favorite part is the VIP drop off in the morning. They always greet us with a smile and treat my dog like their own :) We love this place!!

They really care about dogs and there well being! They’re awesome

excellent service

Great home away from home for our furbabies. Pet Paradise is easy to reserve, clean, convenient to the airport, and most of all good to our pets. I would highly recommend.

I always been really happy with my pups when I get them back. Very well groomed and happy. They live going there.

I was really disappointed in my check out of my pet recently. Having used this facility a few times I have noticed a big change in your staff. It took almost 20 mins after I payed my bill to get my dog. And that was after I brought to the staffs attention. No report card on how my dog behaved or her interaction with other dogs. I feel like this property has lost the personal touch we used to receive and what has made us repeat customers as well as refer others to your property. Will have to rethink our future plans
