Pet ParadiseReviews of petparadise.com

Staff members are friendly and the facilities are clean and impressive. We love the notes that come home with our dog. I do wish paperwork could be transferred directly between locations for faster service. The 1-day stay cost is a bit expensive, although the subsequent day stays are reasonable. Overall, we are very happy with Pet Paradise and will return.

They have clean and safe facilities. The staff cares well for all animals. My Golden Retriever loves the pool in the play area. I really like the fact that they give the unsocialized dogs individual play time.

We left our Rhodesian ridgeback in the care of pet paradise because the staff was so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our dog contracted kennel cough from there so that created a whole mess of issues for us. My only hesitation on taking him back would be due to the illness he contracted, but I have only used them once so maybe they don’t typiclaly have issues with it.

Great phone service, took wonderful care of Crawford. Will definitely be back.

I brought my dog there for a 2 night stay. She is socially awkward and I was worried that she might not do well in this setting. The staff was wonderful with her. They spent time with her and helped her to realize that she was safe and loved. My experience there was wonderful. I highly recommend them

I use Pet Paradise at the Jacksonville Airport. Really convenient to drop my dogs on the way to a flight. Very clean and employees all seem very caring of the animals. Play area is nice and dogs are well supervised.

My Yorkie, Kierstyn loves going to Pet Paradise at Camp Creek! She has a great time with other dogs. The faculty and staff is great!

I have only had good experiences there. I don’t worry about missy there I know she is in good hands.
