Pet Paradise on University is doing a great job of keeping the customers safe. I just wish the people reaching into cars to retrieve pups and taking my money at curbside were wearing masks when they encounter a customer. I realize we're outdoors, but sometimes the process of hooking up my puts and then returning them makes distancing difficult. I wear a mask, but I worry about the customers who never leave their cars while the employee is getting their dog out. Don't mistake my feedback as negative. I love your grooming services. I know the marks are uncomfortable, but even if workers would put masks on when dealing with customers, that would be an improvement

We are so greatful to the staff at C'ville Pet paradise, they have been mazing during my dog extended stay. They are so loving to my boy and keep in touch with updates and any needs that may rise.

Pet Paradise is the ONLY place I will leave my pets! From daycare, to boarding, to grooming, Pet Paradise is the best! Having had pets for the past 20 years, during which time I have moved and traveled a lot, I have used many different places to board and groom my pets. But I have never used one that I had such a consistently great experience as Pet Paradise, and have so much confidence in the care they give my pets. If you are like me and one of those "over the top" pet parents, do yourself a favor and give yourself the peace of mind to take your pets to Pet Paradise!
