Pet ParadiseReviews of petparadise.com

I love Pet Paradise they take good care of my Bichon Bentley who being with them 2 yrs. no problem at all. Great Job!!!!!!

This is a great place for your pet. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because sometimes they don't honor the extra padding requests. I like the idea that outside blankets are not allowed but I requested extra padding for my short hair dog and it was not provided because she came home with sores on her pressure points. Overall, great facility and staff.

Weekend stay... My dog has been to Pet Paradise more than once but never for a weekend stay. I spoke to the reservation center and to the girl at the desk when I dropped him off Friday and had told them I planned to pick up between 4-5 Sunday. Neither person mentioned that if I didn't get my dog by 5 he would have to stay another night, only mentioned the $20 late checkout charge. I could've probably researched myself and hopefully found this information somewhere but I would've appreciated someone letting me know when I told them the timing was so close to when they closed. I was 7 hours away and got a later start than I originally planned. It was very disappointing to have to leave my dog a whole extra night when I was about 45 minutes later than originally planned. I gave 3 stars because he's had plenty of fun there before but the communication was severely lacking this time around.

The staff are friendly and very professional. My dog makes many friends and enjoys himself each time he has an extended stay. Pet paradise is a wonderful place for pets.

Best place in Wilmington for pet care!

Boo is always happy to go to Pet Paradise and is exhausted from all the playing and attention she gets. The staff is wonderful and is excited to see Boo. I trust them with her care.

The staff is wonderful there! Cody considers it his “vacation”when he gets to visit!

We love taking Cooper to Pet Paradise JFK. We always feel like he is taken care of and happy while we are away.
