We have now used 3 locations, the Jacksonville Airport, University Blvd in Jacksonville, and Gainesville FL. Every location has been clean, the staff has been friendly, and everyone seems to love their job (and our dog). I will continue to use their services when needed!

The facility is every clean and you wouldn't know it was a facility for pets because there is no animal smell. The staff is friendly and courteous! The dog bone shaped pool is the cutest thing ever!

Our "Buddy" loves it. The staff is always courteous and helpful. He lights cup when he sees everyone. He always smells good when we pick him up.
