Pet ParadiseReviews of petparadise.com

Our dogs love Pet Paradise! The staff know them by name. We always trust our babies are taken care of!

The staff is great. Our 3 dogs dont get out much and generally dont interact with alot of people. But the overall demeanor of the staff seemed to make them feel comfortable while boarded from what we observed on the web cams. Really great calling us with concerns as well.

After the last boarding and daycare at the SANFORD location we won’t be using there services anymore. It was unexceptable to send a dog home covered in mud, even if it was raining. I brought him in clean and expected to get him back the same way.

I want to thank the staff on such quick response on handling a problem my small and large dog had. Thank you for your dealings with this issue. You are so passionate and caring for our animals. Keep up the great work. I support you 100 percent.

Pet paradise is amazing!!! Our dogs have stayed at a couple of their locations and both were great experiences. We highly recommend this dog boarding and care facility to all our friends. We have so much trust in this company and are so pleased with how wonderfully they care for our pups. Our dogs always come home clean, happy, and tired from all of the play time. Thank you Pet Paradise!!! Please build one of your locations in Nashville, Tennessee!

We boarded our dog in the past at different boarding facilities, but when we picked him up , he looked tired and stressed ,and slept all day the day he returned home. But when Buddy comes home after a stay at Pet Paradise in Phoenix,AZ he is always relaxed , rested and looks happy . We have been taking him to the Phoenix location at least once a year during vacations (One time for 12 days) since it opened . We know he will get good care and attention during his stay. The staff is always friendly and listen to our dog's special needs to make his stay just like home. We highly recommend this location.

Our Lab Gunner just loves going to Pet Paradise New Orleans. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The Resort Manager Cheri has done a great job with making our day care and boarding experience a great one. We have recommended Pet Paradise to our friends and neighbors for their boarding or day care needs. David Vivien
