The staff is very friendly and the animals are given a lot of attention and care. It is also great that they have veterinarian services on the premises, so our dog gets all of her needed exams and shots while enjoying a day at day camp. I never feel I have to worry when leaving her there when we are away. She is always excited when we drop her off and she is always happy and energetic when we pick her up. The facility is clean and there is always a staff member on site.

As a new resident to Wilmington, I was looking for a one-stop-shop where I could take my dog for periodic grooming, boarding and play date. Pet Paradise provides excellent care for my two year old miniature schnauzer. Each time he visits, he runs inside to greet the staff so if he’s happy I’m happy and highly recommend.

My 2 rescue dogs/children have been Pet Paradise clients for 9 years at the airport facility. They board at this facility when we travel & occasional day care. This staff is professional & they know my dogs very well. This is their "only home away from home", we are so thankful for this caring staff. You are the best ...!! ❤️❤️

Usually we have a good experience but this time our black lab came home completely emaciated, our malti-poo was covered in flea bites, and our golden retriever reeked of pee. My dogs were miserable when they got home and I felt so guilty.

Palm Coast location is very nice but I have been using ST. Augustine location for Boarding since their online cameras are working. The cameras have not been working in Palm Coast were I live. I also have not been sending Railay to day camp for the same reason.

My two girls are always excited and can’t wait to go in when we check them in at Pet Paredize and that says a lot
