Pet Paradise isn’t a paradise for your pet ! I allowed my 4 year old 5 lb Yorkie to stay with them for a week. My Baby came home full of fleas and acting different. I don’t know exactly or in details what was done to Her but I do know she had fleas! I called to tell them and corporate of my experience all I got was excuses as to how she got fleas at their place Corporate hasn’t responded this is an awful place to leave your pet

Pet Paradise (especially at the Charlotte Airport location) staff are friendly, professional and genuine. Their facility is clean, well-run and my dog Cooper LOVES to go there!

Our Cavalier Delilah is well cared for at Pet Paradise while we travel. We wouldn’t board her anywhere else. Wonderful facility and wonderful staff!

This place is fantastic. Our little Yorkie has never been boarded before and after reading all the positive reviews I knew it would be good for our fur baby. I went there with my daughter to drop off her JRT & was so impressed & that is when I decided I would use them during the Thanksgiving holiday. We first took advantage of 1 day free day camp & Bently did just fine. We are thinking of using the day camp also.
