Great experience all around

My dog has had many stays at Camp Bow Wow before but never at Pet Paradise. This was a new experience for her and us. I notified the staff that she was very skittish around other dogs. I also notified them that she would most likely not eat the first day. When I came to pick her up, they didn't have a report for her. After a little research, they said that they were only able to put her out with one other dog. I didn't get any pictures of her. I was also surprised to see that all the dogs were locked indoors when I came to pick her up because it was raining. There were two dogs in an inside kennel that had diarrhea and peed all over the floor. It looked like nobody had looked in on them in several hours. Certainly not the thing you want to portray to a new owner. It was also expensive, so unfortunately I do not have a good value for the money experience to share yet.

They were very professional and friendly which made my puppy very comfortable with staying there. I will definitely use this facility in the future.

Pet Paradise is such a wonderful place to send your dogs or cats. Alot of times you worry that your dog just sits in the cage the whole time you are away. Not with Pet Paradise they are so great with the animals and treats them like they are their owe. My dog Jax loves going there because he gets lots of attention from the staff and he loves it.

Hercules loves coming here to visit and get a bath. They do a great job with him. They are always kind, caring and respectable. Highly recommend.

We love Pet Paradise! We've been using the Day Camp and Training for more than 6 months. Our active Dalmatian loves the staff and he loves Lynn the trainer. They give me updates, and will even call to let me know when our boy is in the play yard so we can watch him through the camera feeds.
