Our Bella LOVES her time at Pet Paradise in Matthews, NC. Bella is a little terrier and by all definitions a high-energy little girl. Everyone at Pet Paradise gives Bella lots of attention and she has the best time playing with new friends. Most importantly when Bella is there I know she is having fun is very well cared for. If you are looking for a top notch doggie day care or boarding try Pet Paradise.

I held off of filling this out because I tried to speak to Pet Paradise,New Orleans about our recent stay/grooming appt. first and still have received no reply which is disappointing. I was also disappointed but the results of their ( I have two Terriers) grooming-they did not smell "freshly washed" and their nails ,while clipped, were different lengths and not filed as well as the last grooming. The previous grooming was fantastic! They came home smelling like "berries" for almost a month and the nail clip was what I call a "show paw" short and tight so no nails extended past their pads. I specifically asked about this before their appt. and asked again twice more. I thought Pet Paradise,New Orleans would have returned my emails by now as they have always been so helpful and attentive before.

We’ve been clients for many years and we’ve never been disappointed except for once when we were about 10 minutes past closing time to pick up our dog due to a weather event causing our flight to be late coming in and we were charged an extra day.

Great place very professional and knows your pets. No issues anytime I have allowed Rocky to stay

The people there seem truly to enjoy their jobs and Gus gets plenty of attention. Best gauge for me is that when he sees us pulling into the building he can’t wait to get in! That’s a sign of a happy place for my puppy!

Pet Paradise is my go to for boarding and day camp for my pet. The staff are professional, friendly and answers any questions or concerns I may have. Ace looks forward to going to Pet Paradise and have so much fun making new friends. I love the pawgress report that comes home with Ace each time he’s there. Thank you for providing a facility where I don’t have to worry about my pet when I’m away from him.

Excellent. I've been brining my dog here for a few months now. Staff is always friendly. The webcam also gives me the assurance that everything is going well. I would recommend Pet Paradise to family and friends.
