My Daesy loves coming to Pet Paradise. The staff are knowledgeable, compassionate & professional.

I am normally a bit hesitant to leave my dogs for a few days at a boarding facility. NOT so at Pet Paradise. Everyone is GREAT. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. The dogs love them. I REALLY like the option to view the dogs at play time. You can tell they are having a great time as well.

They love my fur babies when we have to go put of town. They are safe, loved and well taken care of. The Matthews, NC Pet Paradise has a wonderful caring staff for all pets. :-)

My dogs absolutely love going there. My youngest comes home tired and contented.

They have been adding more and more dogs to a limited space. It's clear that the people working there are just trying to keep the peace with the dogs, and the dogs don't get the space they need to play now. Also, the people working got their hours cut and that it's been harder to work for them in comparison to previous owners. Place has been going down hill, but they are trying to make it as good as it once was when it was owned by a different company.

The wonderful caretakers at Pet Paradise Wesley Chapel always take wonderful care of our dog Evo! He’s always so happy when he comes home, and I love seeing the Instagram videos and photos of him. I will always recommend Pet Paradise to all my friends with dogs!

Best experience for our dog Sunny that allows the rest of the family to enjoy their vacation without worrying if Sunny is okay. Thanks!
