The personnel is very friendly and customer oriented. The place is very clean and you feel safe to leave your pet there. They keep in contact with you during your pet stay and will make you aware right away if they notice something unusual with your pet. Highly recommend. Would not leave my pets anywhere else! P.S. I have an 11 year old dog. Jennifer, one of their groomers took time to groom him at his own pace so it won’t get stress. Very understanding.

My dog and I both love this place. They love Moose and are always happy to see him. I would give them 5 stars but they do have a lot of turnover at the front desk which can cause some confusion however the staff that care for the pets has been pretty consistent and great. The veterinary staff is very good also.

Absolutely wonderful place and staff! I can't put into words how great they are. My boys, who had never been to daycare just LOVE it here! As soon as we walk in they go crazy with the excitement. Staff is amazing and the facilities are always clean. The amenities are excellent. I’ve been using Pet Paradise for years and refuse to go anywhere else. I have total peace of mind when I drop Riley off and often think he is having a better time than I am.
