Love the patience they have showed with my animals. You can tell that the handlers and workers really care for the animals a lot!

They are the best ever, you could not ask for anyone to take care of our babies better than they do! They become friends and make them feel OK to be staying somewhere other than their home!

Best Doggie Day Care/Boarding facility. My dog can't wait to get there. She has so much fun with all her friends and the staff is amazing. They all treat your pets like they were their own.

My dog's visit at the facility went very well. The staff was very pleasant and I felt showed real interest in my pet. I however, was not happy about the reservation process and the impact it had on dropping my dog off. When I made reservations by phone I was routed to a call center, not my local PP. The person took all the information and confirmed that all of my dog's shots were up to date. When I arrived to drop my dog off, I was told she was overdue for one of a required shot. Since we had recently been to the vet, I know that was incorrect and told her so. Since the vet's office was closed for lunch, the person checking her in said she would keep my dog away from the other dogs until she could confirm she had had all her shots when the office opened. Since I was going out of town, I had no recourse but to leave her tho' knowing she was not late on any shots. The receiving person did call to tell me that my dog had indeed gotten all required shots. I appreciated the call but had asked for the call back. This process didn't need to happen had the person taking the reservation had accurately checked the records so an updated immunization sheet could have been brought in. .

Our dogs love it there and we love being able to see them on the webcams!
