I'm satisfied with the vet and camp services. My one negative is the parking. There were no parking spaces available when I arrived so I parked under the covered drive through, which I rather not do since it's a convenience for everyone. I noticed as i waited for my appointment that several employees had parked in the spaces on the side. When I left there were still a few cars there. One was backed in with the sunscreens up in the windshield. I don't believe customers coming in to pick up or drop off pets would take the trouble to put up sunscreens for such a short visit.

We moved to Plano and our dog sitter had moved out of state. I searched and searched for places that would give our dogs plenty of exercise and time out of the crate. We LOVE Pet Paradise on Premier. The staff is so great with our fur babies! They actually get excited when we pull up! They come home exhausted from day camp too. Such a great spot!

The staff at this location are very friendly. My sweet girl had a great time being loved on!

Did not know that my puppy by Florida state law had to have her rabies vaccine in order to stay at Pet Paradise. We are from Ky and that is not required here for a puppy that is 10 weeks old. However the young ladies helped me out by keeping our puppy in their lounge while we were gone to a funeral. I greatly appreciate their willingness to help me out what could have been a disastrous situation.

It is a great place for play. We don't board since there is no night staff at all. My dog is excited to go there every day and loves the staff. She is worn out by the end of the day. I love that they limit the amount of dogs and keep them by size in different areas.

I've boarded our golden mix Penny three times this year. I am so impressed with the care level of the staff. Very accessible, just a phone call away. It's a relief to be able to travel and not worry about our doggie. I highly recommend Pet Paradise!

I love pet paradise and my puppy does too! From the moment you walk in you can tell the staff loves the animals. The facilities are clean and modern and within days the staff learned my dog's name. We're always greeted with excitement and she's worn out when she comes homes--proof she's had a ball. I love all the extra options as well, particularly the dog cams! We purchase the 30 day punch card for daycare and find it very affordable by daily price.
