Absolutely disgusted by what happened…
Absolutely disgusted by what happened when I left my fur baby there last weekend. My poor baby came home with bruised and infected testicles. When confronted about it all of the staff members had different reasons as to why he was returned with marks on his testicles, stomach and top of his nose. One staff member said it may have been the chemicals that are used to clean. Another (possible the manager) Stated that he did it to himself because of the change in atmosphere and being lock away. That leads my to my next point. The purpose of me paying someone to look after my pet is not to have him locked away. If I wanted to be cruel and put him in a crate, I could have done that myself. I trusted this company with my pet. Instead I ended up with more fees and a vet bill to make sure my dog was ok. I do not recommend anyone take their fur baby here. There are several other reviews with similar complaints. It was my fault for not taking them seriously and not reading through them properly. The customer service representatives who helped me make my reservation was amazing and made me feel like it was a great choice to bring my dog there. Another thing was after confronted they stated that they would follow up to check on my dog. They never called, emailed or even sent a text. I was told that I would get a full detailed report of his stay. I asked about that and the woman literally went and wrote on a piece of paper that he was shy but a sweet baby. I paid for an ice cream that he was suppose to receive around noon. The email report states that he was given the ice cream around 5:30 pm. This so happens to be the time that I called to let them know that I was on my way. it was almost like once we called they remembered that he was even there. People have speculated and said that my baby was possibly mistreated due to the nature of his breed. He is not an aggressive puppy and never has been. He is still a puppy and acts like a puppy. I can only speculate on what actually happened seeing that there is no live stream to see your fur baby. Only in VIP which I didn't even know existed. I can't express enough how much I am unsatisfied about what happened.
