Pet ParadiseReviews of petparadise.com

Pet paradise is a wonderful place to bring your pups and Dogs! The place always smells so fresh and clean. The staff and management are so friendly and helpful. they all take good care of my puppy dog. My dog gets so excited, bursting with high energy in the parking lot before we go inside. My dog gets such good play time and exercise there.

My dog looks happy and his normal self when he spends time there. That’s the best compliment I can give

Pet Paradise is great! We love bringing our pup there. I love being able to check up on him with the cameras. He’s always having a great time every time I check. Easy to make a same day reservation as well.

Honestly we were there for a getting acquainted day as we are new to the area and wanted to make sure that when we need to travel in the future that I have established a place that I can trust to leave my fur baby for boarding. The day of puppy camp seemed to go well, but I did have a couple of concerns. 1. The tour that is promised in website and when I called was nothing more than a tour of the lobby. I was told I was not allowed to see the kennel area and I was not allowed to go to any of the play yards to see what they looked like. I was allowed to “view” the pool area through a glass window from the lobby area. I also was not allowed to view the kitty area. This concerns me that you will not allow people to see where their pets are being housed nor the areas that they will Be playing in. I don’t believe in blind trust when it comes to any of my family members. The one period of time I was able to find my dog on the video cameras in the play yards, she was being bullied by bigger dogs so it would seem like the temperament screening that she was supposed to go through did not take place or the person doing it completely ignored my comments about her being timid and preferring to be with dogs her own size or smaller. That being said having used other Per Paradise resorts in the past with other dogs that we have had, I do trust the Pet Paradise name and brand, which is the only reason I let her stay and play for the day. The lobby area and what little I could see from there seemed clean and the staff were friendly. Sadie was happy to see me after playing for a few hours and didn’t seem any worse for were even though I had witnessed her being bullied and cowering in the corner of the play yard with no human intervention. (After seeing this in the video camera, I immediately returned to pick her up.) I am hoping when we have a return visit that the staff will listen to what I have to say about my dog’s temperament and will place her in a more appropriate play group. And finally I had asked that she be allowed pool time as she lives water and lives to swim after toys etc. She was not given pool time and the entire time I looked for her in play groups during the few hours she was there, there were never any dawgs in either of the three indoor pools at this facility. I do plan on letting her have another day of puppy camp to see if it goes better before canceling the reservations that I have made for future stays. I do realize that one experience may be very different from the next and that is why I will give this facility another try.
