The staff was very polite and professional. Our two dogs seemed to enjoy the facility at time of drop off and pickup, and also from the camera footage we viewed. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is that we were not allowed to see where our dogs would be staying at the resort. We could see where other dogs were staying (larger dogs), but not where our dogs would be (smaller dogs). I was given some reason about liability, but that is of no consequence to me at all. I need to see where my pets will be held, period.
