Kona love them and they love Kona!

I am frustrated, I have been trying to make a reservation all morning today via chat to no avail service. could not get an agent to communicate back even after the icon kept popping up. had to go to a desktop computer to make my own reservation. Terrible mobile version. Cindi love it here so I was really upset trying to make this appointment

They always take the best care of my pup. Friendly, caring staff. I always know my boy will be cared for & happy while I'm away or just for a play day. He loves his "hotel"!!🐾🐾

There is so much for the dogs to do. The pool is a great plus for cooling off. When the dogs go out to play, the groups are much smaller then the other doggy day care places. This is much safer and not as overwhelming for Micki. I like that they get to go into an indoor/outdoor run for some rest. The place just has about everything you or your dog could possibly want for daycare or boarding. I wish there was one a little closer to my house but it's easy to get there just zipping down the interstate. It's worth it for my little girl to have a Micki day.

Great people who genuinely care for my pets.

This was my second time using Pet Paradise & it was great just like the first time. I made an appointment online which was really quick & easy. Checking in was a smooth process that only took a couple of minutes. When I returned checking out was just as simple & my dog seemed to have a wonderful time. The staff were very friendly & nice. Overall Pet Paradise provided a great experience.

I feel very comfortable leaving my 20-year old cat Sesame at Pet Paradise when I go out of town because the staff knows her and is clearly fond of her. She is always calm when I drop her off and looks fine when I pick her up, and I get a written report about her stay. I would definitely recommend Pet Paradise to other pet owners who need to board their pets.
