Helped me reunite with my baby Kismet.

Never thought it would happen to my family. Heatwave in Santa Clarita and my 2 dogs chewed through our wood fence, climbed the back hills and were going in and out of all the neighbors yard. Luckily, someone had a micro chip reader and Pet Link was notified. Petlink was diligent and sent emails and calls to both my husband and I. We were so busy we did not get to these emails until 4 hours later. We are so grateful for the Pet Link System because it worked!

I was out of town when I got a notification that they have found my pet Houdini. My cat was hurt and a neighbor called about it so animal control came out scanned my pet and notified me since I was out of town. They just dropped my cat off at my house instead of taking it to the pound I am very grateful that I had my Houdini chipped he is home safely.

I called Petlink customer service to update my profile. I couldn't get into my account because my email address associated to the account was no longer used or in use. I spoke to Lynn who was extremely helpful and helped me update my account so that I could access it. Thank you!!

Our Shih Tzu slipped out the backdoor and was missing for two hours. We searched the neighborhood, posted information on social media, and gave a description to the local police. The most effective resource of all was Ellie’s PetLink chip. A neighbor took Ellie to a nearby veterinarian who scanned her PetLink chip and called us. Best purchase we ever made to have Ellie home safe and sound!

We have aRunner ..Most huskies love to run away if you let them loose. Scarlett our prcious girl is usualy pretty good hanging around us all the time but this time she got lost big time. She was found by a vet 60 miles away and if wasnt for the microchip we would have never got her back. So Thank You Thank You.

I am currently out of the country on a cruise (Norway…so 7 hours ahead of US-CDT). I woke up to a text from my house/pet sitter explaining that my dog, Cocoa, dug a hole under the fence and was gone BUT they had already found her in a neighbor’s garage. I then read the email from Petlink letting me know Cocoa was safe. My neighbor had noticed the Petlink tag on Cocoa and made contact. Perlink provided me with contact information of Cocoa’s hero. This all happened while I was asleep. I am so thankful I have Cocoa chipped and have her tag on her collar! To wake up realizing there was a crises but that it had been handled and all turned out well was such a relief!!

I am so glad I took the time to register on Petlink. It was the best decision I have made for my pet. She was so happy, yet appeared to have a little anxiety due to the separation. I am forever grateful to Petlink and to all those who assisted with locating my baby.
