I disliked how slow the reaction time worked on my phone. Pete was in my house when it still said he was outside, and vice versa.

A little like Keystone Cops. Emails weren't terribly helpful and the phone customer service worse. Why do you have "support" when they tell you they don't handle that part of the microchip information. It took 2 weeks to do what should have taken 2-3 days.

Service in ordering and products would have been great, but you need excellent cell service where ever you take your dog. Could find him in many places including my home

1. The battery doesnt last very long 2. It takes quite a while to perform “live tracking” …. Other than that it is a good reliable product.
