I adopted a dog in September 2024 . I uploaded the documents as requested. The adoption papers has my name. They refuse to transfer the info, they kept my $25 I reached out to rescue where I adopted him. They said they can't transfer info

After a hurricane passed through and left our gate open, my dog Cohiba managed to slip out one night, and her collar was off. I was devastated and worried about how I’d find her without any identification on her. Thankfully, she’s microchipped through Petlink, and it truly saved the day. The following morning, I received a call from someone who found her and was able to identify her through the chip. Petlink made it easy for them to access the information and return her to me quickly and safely. I can’t express how grateful I am that Cohiba was safely returned to me thanks to Petlink's microchip service. It’s an essential safeguard for any pet owner, and I’m relieved to have had it in place when it mattered most!

Just had to save a dog in May and now I want to transfer the data on her chip to me instead of the previous owner of course. Pet Link says I can't access my account because I owe them money for the dog I adopted like 4 years ago. Their website says I HAVE to upgrade to a premium membership for $20 for my first dog now, and won't let me even apply to transfer the new dog. I don't want a premium membership. I want the basics. I just want the chip info to be accurate. There is no phone number on their website and the information in their FAQ's is highly misleading. It looks like they saw this review and allowed me to access the account and get my newest dog transferred. So at least my dogs are both registered to me. That doesn't change the core issue though. Claiming 2 different memberships when you only have 1 is no good. If they really want to fix it they have to stop pretending there's any such thing as a basic membership or stop forcing all members into the premium membership. I can up the rating to 2 stars I suppose.

We were quickly reunited with our cat! I received several notifications regarding her status and was able to quickly find where she was dropped off. Thank you Pet Link!
