My Chihuahua, Spenser, decided to take a walk on the wild side, out here in the deserts of Arizona, this is not a good idea for a small dog. Luckly, a family living a mile away found him in their yard, bought a chip scanner and found that he had a chip. This is the only reason that he is back with me today. I would recommend that if you love and care about your pet, get them chiped. You will not regret it.

Rooney was picked up in a local sting operation trying to ensnare a couple of stray cats. Those kitty treats were just too tempting. He was picked up and reported missing to us before we even knew he was missing. We are sooo happy we micro-chipped him. I know the people who set the trap had good intentions, but I wonder what would have happened had he not been chipped?

I have tried to do an owner transfer online and their site is HORRIBLE at best. I will just get the dog a new name tag for her collar. Not sending this crap company any $$. Besides, they offer NO customer service, so again, why do biz with flim flam operation???

I had to change ownership of Mac to me due to the death of my son and the process went very smoothly.

Our 17 year old pitbull ran off, for the first time ever. It was about 345pm when we realized she ran off. We looked for her until it started to get dark, and in Western PA this time of year, that's bout 515ish. The husband went back out with a spotlight, looking in the area our neighbors said she ran . Meanwhile I get an email notification that our pitbull has been located and she was at a local humane society. Someone found her and turned her in. She's had a microchip since 2015, and shame on me for not updating phone number and new address on it, but my email was the same. So after about 22 hours of her being away from home, we were able to get her and reunite her with our family and mother two dogs, thanks to the microchip!!!

Our German Shepard loves to sneak out of the back yard when he isn’t being watched and take adventures around the neighborhood. The other day my mom let him out and she thought he couldn’t open the gate, but he can. So it took a little while for her to realize he was gone. My sons and I searched around our neighborhood for almost an hour. I finally told them I am sure someone must have picked him up already and hopefully they will get him scanned and they will contact us. 1 minute later we got a call from a local vet office that someone had indeed found him and they were contacting us. My sons were so relieved and we picked him right up. It was an easy process, I am so thankful for that because he also likes to escape his collar with his tag so our info wasn’t on him.
