I called for help twice and talked to two people just to change the address of my dogs chip info. Both were rude and acted as if I was really bothering them. I get that you are helping people but I’m trying to make sure my info is correct in case my dog goes missing. If we aren’t supposed to call then don’t give a help line. Awful 😞

I was billed twice in January by a company called Save This Life, the initial company that kept track of my cat. Well, they went out of business (according to PetLink). No one wants to deal with the billing issue, and I have no assurance it won't happen with this company. Also, their web site is horrible.

I received a call from a lady saying she was from PetLink and that our dog Silver had been found by a Good Samaritan. At first I thought it was a scam, Silver had been missing for a year and half. Then I saw that had also emailed me with the same information. We called the phone number they provided and we were able to get our dog that same day. Microchipping your pet is a must, if she hadn’t been chipped we never would have gotten her back.
