I have two cats and 5 different Petlibro products. I had the Polar wet feeders & the Air dry food dispensers and recently added the One RFID feeder because of the need to keep one food stealing cat away from the other grazer's bowl. All of these products work great and have made mealtimes so much easier, especially breakfast. The app also works well. I've reached out to customer service twice. Earlier in the year, I had an issue with one Polar feeder not connecting to my wi-fi. With the guidance from the CS, when all methods of troubleshooting failed, they sent me a new replacement since it was still under warranty. Recently, I contacted them to purchase a second bowl for the One feeder (for convenience), which is not available for purchase online. Both times, Roin was the assigned CS agent and each time I received friendly, professional & prompt responses. Petlibro really stands behind their products. Customer service is great & I am very satisfied with the products & the services.

The rotor had broken off a hinge soon after receiving my RFID fountain. I reached out to Petlibro support and they were able to help assist with a replacement. They had informed me the piece I needed replaced was on back order and would not be back in stock until Late September and for the inconvenience would add a set of filters to my order for free. Once the item was back in stock I had received the filters but not the rotor. I reached back out and asked if the rotor would be in a separate package. Petlibro support said it would be separate and should have already been delivered. At that time it had not, and I asked if they could give me the contact for the shipping company. Instead Petlibro support investigated themselves and sent back the delivery photos on the order and asked if they matched my apartment. They did not, and I replied with the delivery images from the extra filter to show the complex and apartment door were different even though both deliveries were supposed to go to the same address. Petlibro support immediately resent out another rotor that I finally received! I was very happy they did not wait or make me deal with the delivery company and instead immediately sent another product!

I have purchased the polar wet food feeder, and it has been a huge help. No more rushing home to feed my pet. The app was a little tricky for me at first, but their customer service was fantastic. They responded quickly and helped me through everything. It’s wonderful to see a company that still provides real attentive support. I highly recommend.

#23200054058 ich hatte am 03.10.2025 bei Petlibro einen Granary Futterautomaten mit Kamera sowie einen Dockstream 2 Trinkbrunnen bestellt. Nach etwas über 2 Wochen begannen beide Geräte Probleme zu haben mit der Verbindung. (Rückblickend hätte man da schon widerrufen sollen..) Es wurde dann auf AWS geschoben und man solle warten etc. Dann funktionierten die Geräte einige Tage später wieder halbwegs normal. Alle paar Tage war die Verbindung weg und kam irgendwann wieder. Nach etwa 7 Wochen begannen die Probleme mehr zu werden. Der Feeder verliert nun alle 2 Tage die Verbindung und gibt ab und zu kein Futter aus. Welche Gründe das hat keine Ahnung.Fehlermeldung in der App ? Fehlanzeige keine Hinweise nichts, nur "Status Unbekannt" bei der Futteranzeige. Die Kamera 99% der Zeit nicht. Erst das zurücksetzen und des Gerätes hilft, dass es dann für 1-2 Tage funktioniert. Auf Anfrage bei Petlibro ? - Eine unverhältnissmäßige Anleitung das Gerät zurückzusetzen, diesen Vorgang zu filmen. Wie oft soll man das Gerät denn zurücksetzen ? Alle 2 Tage ? Dann brauche ich diese Geräte ganz sicher nicht. Dann der TRINKBRUNNEN. Dieser ist nach nichtmal 2 Monaten komplett Kaputt. DIe Pumpe ist ausgefallen und fördert kein Wasser mehr. Mein Kater hatte mindestens 3 Tage kein Wasser ohne das die APP irgendwelche anstalten macht Meldung zu machen. Auf Anfrage bei Petlibro wird diese ignoriert und eine Retoure wird nicht angeboten. Von wegen 2 Jahre Garantie so sieht Garantie nicht aus. Es wird erschwert die Geräte zurück zu schicken oder eine Lösung zu finden. Nur setzen Sie das Gerät zurück. Selten einen so schlechten Kundenservice gehabt. Habe auch versucht diese Bewertung bei Petlibro auf der Website der Produkte zu hinterlassen aber die 1. Bewertung ist nicht ersichtlich. Die 2 auch nicht. Beim 2. Versuch habe ich auch ein Recording gemacht das die Bewertung angeblich abgeschlossen wurde. Ich habe mich auch bereits an PayPal gewendet und warte dort die Reaktion ab. Sonst muss dass halt der Anwalt richten. !!!Alles in Allem kann ich nur davon Abraten von diesem Anbieter was zu kaufen, sofern man siene Tiere mag. Die Produkte sind mehr als mangelhaft und der Support mehr als schlecht. Nur darauf bedacht Zeit zu schinden als eine wirklich Lösung zu finden!!!

Great product, even better customer support. I (or should I say my cats), love the Petlibro. It was easy to order, the product shipped very fast and setup is a breeze. We ordered a Petlibro for two reason, a more consistent way to provide dry food and we are planning a vacation and our sitter is not around at the time they usually get dry food, this is a perfect way to not disturb their routine too much in our absence. Unfortunately our Petlibro arrived a little damaged. When we started unboxing we noticed the lid was cracked and not screwed on correctly. We stopped unboxing (we should have continued) and contacted the amazing support team on the evening before Thanksgiving (!!). The support team responded promptly and send us a new lid. We continued unboxing and found out that the food container was attached "crooked" and we were not able to detach the container for proper setup. We again reached out to support and they provided us a complete new set!! Their responses were courteous and prompt, we felt heard and properly compensated. After receiving the second unit we finished setup. Make sure to download the correct app and setup an account. You can add your cats right away and it will try to find your Petlibro. The app makes it easy to setup schedules, the camera is fun and the cats really enjoy me talking to them over the microphone when they are eating (not really). You can setup schedules to in increments of 1/12 of a cup. I recommend reviewing your notifications, the app defaults to send push for each sound or movement it detects. You can setup a plan to record on the cloud, but there is also the option to use your own SD card to record your cats. Overall, great product, fantastic customer support, I will recommend Petlibro to everybody who is looking into getting an automated feeder.

Je complète mon avis laissé le 25 octobre, ayant un peu plus de recul sur l'utilisation de cette fontaine Apparement il ne faut pas avoir l'application sur plusieurs appareils. une fois supprimé l'applis de ma tablette et de ma domotique, plus de problème avec l'application sur mon téléphone et j'ai pu reconnecter le WIFI Pour un autre problème le SAV a été très réactif et m'a bien aidé. Maintenant tout va bien. Je suis satisfait de cette fontaine.
