There was an issue with being notified that the feeder was empty. Customer service was helpful in trying to troubleshoot with me via email. I especially liked how I was able to respond to the same email thread throughout the interaction. They suggested a few things to check and clean on the machine. When we exhausted all steps, they immediately sent a replacement.

Absolutely fantastic, prompt service and product support. We’ve had out kitty fountain for almost a year and the pump was not pushing out as much water as it use to. Our customer support Rep, Kin, guided us through how to clean the motor, but for some reason the water flow was still low. Kin immediately sent a replacement motor that will arrive in two days. We have other Petlibro products and have had no issues at all, love this brand and even more so after this experience.

My equipment experienced an issue. The customer representative spent a great amount of time to address the issue. She was really friendly and helpful. My issue was resolved rather quickly and without issue.

We have been buying Petlibro's filter packages for years for our stainless steel cat water fountain. Always the same great quality and prompt service except for a little snafu on our last order, which was amiably resolved.

We bought the litter box and feeder and are loving both. It took a little training with the litter box, but now it's life changing not having to scoop all the time. We had an issue with the feeder bowl breaking at the connection to hold it to the feeder, but Petlibro's outstanding customer service took care of it right away. we are very happy with the products and would highly recommend.
