THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET SUPPORT ON MY BROKEN WATER FOUNTAIN AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING THEIR CALL CENTER. THEIR CHAT SUPPORT IS ABSOLUTE TRASH. EVERY TIME I ASK TO ESCALATE THEY TELL ME THERE IS NO CHANNEL FOR THAT. I CALLED THE CALL CENTER YESTERDAY AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND THEY TOLD ME I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK IN AN HOUR. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME. NOW IF YOU TRY TO CALL NO ONE ANSWERS. MY FOUNTAIN BROKE IN LESS THAN A YEAR. ABSOLUTE TRASH. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
