I’m impressed by the water fountain. It last so much longer than the previous petkit fountain I was using. I’m surprised I haven’t had to refill it yet. Very premium very sleek. My cats love it

I love my litter box! My cats use it and we're able to transition really. I also like the deodorizers that are easily placed in the box. The box that holds the scoop litter has a spot for a deodorizer and the side of the litter box holds a deodorizing spray so it never smells! I also saved $50-$60 a month on cat litter because it cleans itself. The only downside is, it's hard to deep clean but so worth it.

I purchased the Petkit Purabot Ultra about 4 months ago. I never had an automatic litter box before. I have two.kitties - one 14 and one 9 years old. It took the 14 yr old a couple of weeks to get used to the new box and I had to use a mixture of her old litter and the new clumping style litter. Now that we have a litter both kitties like I couldn't be happier. The box is amazing and can tell my two kitties apart that look so much alike. Petkit Customer Service helped me with tips on using a different litter and all our problems disappeared. I love not having to scoop litter anymore and my kitties love a fresh box every time they go !

I purchased the Pet kit Purabot Ultra in January of 2025. I am so impressed with the technology this litter box offers. Recently, I heard the litter box cleaning constantly. Through the app I was able to go back and view what was going on. My boy cat was repeatedly going to the litter box every 7 minutes or so. In the span of about 9 hours he used the litter box 28 times. I called the vet and they made an emergency appointment for me to bring him in. There were two options for his diagnosis. It was either going to be a urinary tract infection or a urinary blockage. If it had been a blockage, he would have likely passed away within 48 hours. Luckily, it was a urinary tract infection which within easily handled with medication. I'm so grateful that I had the ability to go back and review the footage so I could determine which of my cats was using the litter box and what was being produced with each visit. Other features I absolutely love that is that I do not have to touch dirty litter and I have the ability to cleanly remove waste from the device. The other feature that I love is the auto cleaning mode that takes place after each litter box use. My girl cat is full of nuclear waste. Every time she uses the litter box. With a normal litter box, the smell would permeate the house but with the pure robot ultra, it eliminates the waste immediately and puts it into a sealed container and I do not smell it at all. My husband loves this feature too. I know the price tag is expensive but what price tag can you put on the ability to see what is going on with which cat so that you can make a quick decision and save them from being in pain or potentially dying?

I like the self cleaning of the litter box. I’m 81 yrs old and it is hard to bend over to clean out the old litter boxes so this is the way to go. The deodorizer is great. No odors. I have a little problem in lifting it for thorough cleaning but that’s more my problem than the device.

I love the fresh element mini1 feede. Easy to schedule feeding for my cat while away from home. He has grown very fond of it. I am very happy with the product.

This product has been so amazing!! I'm 73 years old, have 3 cats and being able to just empty the bag every 4 to 5 days is a life saver. The room is fresh and clear of dust and stinky litter order. Thank you for the amazing product.
