My Purobot Max 3 was packed with care and all the accessories were carefully included in compartments so as not to be lost. The instructions were clear on how to set up, however there was a conflicting part near the end when one thing said to do it manually and the other said use the app. Also, it’s unclear which softer to use for which litter, so I had to look it up to make sure I was using it correctly. It would be a good feature to add for software updates or an app update where it tells you if you’re using the wrong sifter based on your litter. My cats would NOT use the litter box for the first 3 days and I was nervous I would have to return it. However, they’ve successfully figured out it’s the best thing for all of us: them, the dog, and the humans. Another reason I gave 4 stars (really 3.5 but I rounded up) instead of 5 is because adding litter is a complicated process. If you use maintenance mode, you can’t see the max fill line, so you won’t know if it’s too little or too much litter. If you keep it in normal position, the opening isn’t conducive for pouring via a box or bag, so it spills or is just difficult. Adding an additional compartment or opening, or maybe even a line that shows max fill during maintenance mode would be great.

Really helped my pet get his weight under control. Dispenses smaller portions a few times a day. Overall very happy!

Love the product. Wish you had a better support. At first I got a recording, which lasted about 66 seconds, than was disconnected 4 times. When I finally got a response the agent was hard to understand, and couldn't help saying he would have a specialist contact me. Never got a callback. I had a simple solution. A I had to do was go intosettings to remove the kitten protection to get it to self clean. Other than that it has been functioning great ever since.

I find the waste bin to be a great size and the unit works well. I have 4 cats and they all use the unit, even though 2 of them are elderly cats and this was new for them. I find it easier to use the app on my phone to adjust the bin for refilling and cleaning than the button on the front of the unit as the button is so close to the floor and it is hard to see what the screen says. Also sometimes a little hard to clean the inside top of the unit as dirty litter can stick there when emptying.
