Hi Gloria, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern, and we’d like to clarify that PETKIT Care+ is optional and not required to use the camera features. With the Free Plan, you can still view your pets through the live camera and access pet records through the photos captured in events. Regarding the air purifier function — could you please check whether the cotton strip (which comes in the box) has been inserted into the air purifier compartment? If this strip is missing or not installed, the deodorizer might not function properly, even if the bottle appears full.
