Made a call put was on hold for about 10 mins. Left a message for a call back. There were several call I received but couldn’t identify the number and didn’t receive a voice message. If this was and urgent call about a missing pet, time would be critical.

It's easy to look up a registration but they charge an expensive annual fee with no options for what kind of plan/coverage you want

For what I paid it was not worth it. The collar is too big for my small puppy. Even when he is full size he cannot fit into it. He will be less than 15 lbs and this collar is for a big dog. So he will never wear it.

Registry for life or just a year? I think it's a very easy thing to register your pet on any "chip" registration site. The issue is, we pay for the chip, then pay to get registered and then pay more for a forever registry? Once you have it, you have it for life and should have the ability to change owner and address since you pay for that too and have it registered until the pets death without having to pay for a yearly or forever fee. That feels like extortion.

I ordered tags with my registration. Put in my mailing address which is different from my home and never got my tags that I paid for. No real way to get a hold of someone to see if I can still get the tags as I cannot find a number

The man I spoke to when i registered my dog was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I received the items that he told me that i would get: tag, sticker, etc. The collar with my dog's name on it was not in the package that the packing slip indicated that it would be in. I called about a month ago and was told it would arrive later. Two weeks ago, I called again when I had still not received it and was told it was an error. I should have received it in the same package as the sticker and tag. She said it would be shipped to me in 7 to 10 business days. Today was the 10th day and I still have not received the collar.
