You must have mistaken this review for another pet company you worked with recently. This is for your pet's microchip registration. We don't sell pet food. Sorry you had some trouble with that company but we would greatly appreciate it if you could update your review for our services.

We apologize that the postal service was unable to deliver your ID tag to the address provided. We offered to have them try again but you requested a refund instead which was refunded in full to you that same day. We will follow up to confirm you see that refund has been issued.

It was a trick. A scam. I should have been able to register my dog’s microchip for free, directly with Home Again, as it had already been paid for by the rescue from which I’d adopted him. PetKey charged me $45 to do what should have been FREE. The microchip was already registered. All that was needed was to change the owner information. PetKey scammed me.

It sounds like you went to the wrong website by accident. Please don't refer to that as a scam as we have no control over you going to the wrong website but we are more than happy to refund the fee you paid for a registration with us if you already have a paid registration with another company. We will reach out to you to take care of that refund right away.

Placed my order in September and STILL haven’t received my order (almost November). Very disappointed. Sent an email and said order would arrive USPS and be patient. They are located in Michigan, US. I’ve ordered international material that arrived sooner. I know it’s not the same but I’ll goto the local pet store and have one made in less then five minutes. RESPONSE: Had to edit the original review because they did not allow for me to reply. They claimed I was sent the product and received. The information is incorrect. Please supply a signed proof or photo indicating proof of delivery. I will be more then happy to retract this review.

I am yet another customer who was hijacked online when trying to register my dog’s microchip with PetLink. I found out there was no further fee required for the microchip service with PetLink, it was included in the procedure. I was just trying to register my pet’s information and didn’t realize I had been linked to a different company. I did get reimbursed the $45 after getting my bank involved. I think this is a really shady business practice, if you have a good service you shouldn’t need to trick customers into coming to your site.

Like most businesses online we utilize online advertising to promote our premium services and increase awareness of pets that are currently missing. It appears you clicked on one of our ads by mistake. We do not deceive or hijack any online traffic.

Went to vet's office for check-up, told they couldn't find the chip and gave two explanations: a. the chip came back out the implant entry point or b. the chip is a dud.

I think you are confusing us with another product you might have ordered as we didn't ship you anything for your pet's online microchip registration. This request for review was for your pet's microchip registration you completed online which is now set for life for your pup.
