Misleading dog tag description. I was expecting a regular dog tag not a colored cartoon picture with laser printed words vs standard engraving.

Dog tags are way over priced for the quality and did not receive a tracking number to even know when they were being delivered. I had 3 separate deliveries for one order. And they all arrived weeks apart.

I signed up with petkey not only for the security of knowing that my dog would be found and returned if lost, but for the training videos as I have not trained a puppy for quick sometime. The website offered videos as a part of your fee. After paying my fee and watching one video, I was cut off and was asked to pay an additional fee for the dog training videos. I would have registered with another company had I known that.

Endless requests for more money to buy more services. A necessity that borders on guilting you to buy more.

Very hard to register and activate. I had to purchase a year membership to actual get it to finally register. It should be easier to register and activate chip without having to pay extra. I would not recommend your service for this reason.

Your pet ID tag was a joke. It is a cheap thin flimsy piece of plastic. It so small It's barely readable. What a rip off!!!!
