The reason why I put a 1 star is because my sweet Icees is still missing and no word on where she said or even if they came close to finding her! I’m just so afraid she will not be looked after or being done wrong!!! 😭 I miss her so much and just want my baby girl back!!!

We had our dog chipped the vet for a fee. Then you have to go home and make and pay activation fee which was not discussed. You would think the vet would be able to complete this with all the fees charged. Also disclose any extra fees.

I have petkey for since last year and I still haven’t heard nothing about my 2 pets that was stolen last year. How come we haven’t heard nothing about my animals.

We paid for the annual membership and it doesn't even work. My vet tried to send a test message to me to pretend the pest was lost and I have yet to hear that message....

We did receive the test message from your vet and immediately replied to them to let them know we got the test. They replied with questions on how the system would work if it was a real emergency and we have a thread of conversation going back and forth with your vet. Since it was indicated as a test from the vet we did not want to alarm you by sending you a message that your pet had been found. We apologize for any confusion. If we were to receive a found notification that was not indicated to be a test you definitely would be informed of that notice right away.

Don't lose hope. She will hopefully end up at a scanning station soon and we will alert you right away when that happens. In the meantime, we will continue to get the word out by spreading her alert around the area she was last seen.
