Petkey is great. It is wonderful to have the ability to look up information on your pet if he would get lost.

I won't know if the system works as planned unless my dog gets lost.

I am very pleased with all of your services but one. To edit anything after I registered, I was told that I had to pay $6.00. I would have appreciated if I could have gone back in 1 more time to edit my registration without having to pay to do it.

You have a good necessary business. Service on orders could be much faster though

They provide an excellent service at a reasonable cost...

I really like it.. at first when I purchased the PetKey, I wasn’t sure if it actually went through or not. I like how I can add several pictures of my fur baby.

Fortunately I have not had to experience having my dog lost. So it is difficult trying to rate Petkey. All the paper work & tag came through without any problems. It is comforting to know I will have help if I ever need it.

My Animal Control Services agency couldn't find them in the known list of microchip providers. He added them, and my puppy's microchip number.
