I really have had great customer service from Petkey. I also really like the product. I received a great collar and leash both light up so we can walk at night safely.

I didn’t receive the right tag I ordered, I ordered the dog bone and got the regular tag,everything else is good.

Everything went as it was suppose to. I had no problems. I appreciate the way it is organized. Thank you.

Easy to use ,but thought I would get an ID card for what paid,instead I was told I had to print it, so think was a bit of a misleading thing on the web site.

Frankly, I was confused by PetKey. I went to the Home Again website to register my new puppy and was redirected to PetKey. What's up with that? Has Home Again merged or been bought out by PetKey? An explanation would have been very helpful. The only item I ordered was a tag for new puppy's collar. It came fairly quickly and is quite satisfactory.

You have corrected the error and now my puppy has the proper identification around his neck thank you I do feel I should not have to have let you know...it should have been done

So far so good. Thankfully haven't required the actual service yet.. All are safe and sound.

So far my experience has been really good. Just bought my dog and signed her up very easily. Got a photo ID for her which I thought was adorable..
