Confusing is Petkey part of Home Again or vis/versa. Happy with program

I love that the tags have the name, number and chip ID on it. I’ve seen two dogs lost and have shared on Facebook to help find them.

Although this website popped up when I was looking for Home Again they are extremely professional their customer service is phenomenal and I will be registering all my pets with them in the very near future not home again

The app was easy to use to register my dogs chip and be able to find her should she disappear, but the plastic disc used to id the fact she is chipped should be a metal disc to put on her collar. The plastic disc is easily broken and not fixable. Please change it out for future customers to a metal disc. Thank you Linda Casey

To do this online from a novice computer user had a learning curve. I did complete the registration process successfully though.
