I was surprised to find that our subscription for our dog’s chip had expired and we were not notified by PetKey. Luckily I went into the site to see when it was up. It would be nice if they would alert the pet owners when it needs to be renewed.

I love your site- HOwever I was not happy with trying to find my pets tag number I never was able to find it- that should be addressed and changed so that when you log into your acct it gives you the option to see your pet key number microchip for your pet.

Hello, I am going to reach out to you directly as it appears you have set up a duplicate account and that one doesn't have Charlie's microchip on it so that would explain why you are not able to see the chip number. I have merged those two accounts and send you access to that new account so you can see his Chip ID. Thank you.

I wish I had been warned about the cost. I had no idea it was going to cost anything else after I paid my vet to insert the chip. I understand the need to pay for the service but I wish I had been told upfront. Other than that I had no problems

Was upset because right after I bought everything and used $10 off; Then I got an email for $10 off and $25 gift card at Petco.

I do not have an opinion on Petkey at all. I have not lost my puppy. I'd have to wait until that happened. I hope I never need it, but the breed does like to run. I do not like to have to review something unless I have an opinion. 4 stars were the least I could give without being negative. There is your review. Kinda pointless.
