didnt have to use it yet and hope I won't it's for peace of mind

Acquiring and paying was very easy. Don't and won't know how effective it is unless I lose pet.

Dealing with Petkey was fine. The only negative ( in my opinion ) was I thought the metal name tag should have been supplied rather then the bulky wooden one.

Received my pet tag with some flaws but within 10 minutes of an email received a phone call and all resolved! Don't see customer service quite like that anymore!!

good to have.

Excellent service.

All was well until I attempted to order three additional ID tags online, and they all had the same dog's name. I telephoned to correct the order, but I eventually received and was apparently charged for four tags, one of which is a duplicate of one I got earlier.

Hopefully I don’t need their service! But I think it’s worth it, some insurance if my pup gets lost!
