Tired of constant barrage of emails in regards to Petkey. I no longer have my dog as he became vicious.

Site was easy to use. Fairly priced. Hope it lives up to its claims if I ever really need it.

Cost is to much. Especially when there is another company that does it for free. $25 to put chip in and then registered for free. I also never received my tags. And I paid the lifetime!!

There are companies that register for free, but not all companies offer the same service level if your pet goes missing. We offer a call center operated live 24x7, for instance. I am going to reach out to you personally by email about the tag you mention, because we don't show a tag order on your account.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that I have to pay yearly for a microchip. Other chips require a one time payment. I paid $40 for a microchip and now I have to pay $20 plus any add-ons every year. The only thing they do to help you find your dog is post “lost dog” to a community of people that have the same service. Useless. If I could get my dog rechipped I would.

We do offer a yearly pet registration, but we also offer a lifetime package for just a little more. It's a great value, much better than paying annually. One of our phone center reps will reach out to you to get your registration switched over to lifetime registration so you don't pay year after year. Thanks for being a member of the Petkey family!

When I contacted pet key to change my address I was for the first time offered an ID tag . I was told the tag itself had a picture of my pet on it. I also would receive an ID card. I got the card but no tag. When I called them I was told the tag would come later. When it did come I was disappointed it didn’t have a photo on it. It was expensive and I feel misled.

I apologize that your order process got so confused. Our pet tags do not have pet photos on them, we use the small space on them for important info like microchip number and Petkey's phone number. Your pet's id card should have a photo on it. If you have any further questions on the items that you ordered, please call us at 866-699-3463 and one of our call center reps will be happy to explain.
