No microchip tag available in Canada

Total scam business. Not a necessary service but have created an algorithm for online traffic to connect with their site before connecting with the site they intended to go to to register their microchip. Darn it! I'll be reaching out to my bank for a refund if they don't offer it immediately, been on hold for 20 minutes already waiting for someone to answer. Unfortunately, I noticed my mistake just after paying for the unnecessary service

This system is a complete waste of money. It doesn’t help locate a lost or stolen pet AT ALL. I wish I could get my money back. I’ll never have another animal microchipped ever again

Couldn't agree to the terms and conditions they required to register my pets chip ID. They say they are not responsible for their products even during normal use, that they are not responsible for the info on their website, and that they can use your personal data any way they choose. Once they got my data they immediately started spamming me via text message and email but they want 7 days to opt out. Completely one sided agreement that gives them carte Blanche and that no one should agree to. Registered our pets chip id's through another company that did it for free.

Very difficult to register. Very difficult to navigate. Very difficult to respond to alerts.

Not the actual site that came with my pets chip. Would like my money back as I will never use this service.
