I’m happy that I can pay for a lifetime membership vs monthly fee but I wish companies like this would allow free membership and updates without any fees. Once I pay for the microchip I feel that should be it.

They were very helpful. The only reason I did not give a 5stare is because I never received the tag they promised with my dogs name number and phone number

My only negative comment is that I didn't receive the 3 ICE Emergency Key Cards that I ordered when I ordered my dog's microchip tag. Only the tag was delivered. I've been planning on calling to find out what happened but haven't had a chance with the holiday craziness. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the service I received from PetKey.

Overall experience OK but I think the annual fee is excessive for what they do (nothing if dog does not get lost). An annual fee of say $5 plus a finders fee if service is used would be more appropriate.
