Great experience

I ordered a name tag for my dog and the letters are all scratched off after a month. I’m disappointed in the quality of the name tag. Can I have another one sent to me? Thank you Sharon

It was easy to sign up. I've not has any other contact.

The brochure that I got from the vet. Stayed that the first year was free. But when I tried to sign up my cat. I was told that it was 19.99 a year starting now

Good experience

I haven't had to use it but feel much better knowing she is chipped. I see dogs and cats missing all the time on social media and people wishing they had done it.

Very quick to get it in mail. However, I can’t use it. It’s too big for my cat to wear on her collar. She’s very , very small cat.

Very easy to go on and order.
