The brass tag is great and the printing on it is deep. I really like the tag. However I own a chihuahua and the large tag practically drags the ground. I have requested a smaller size tag but was informed I could only get a small tag by using a computer. What sense does that make??Not real happy about that. Otherwise the tag is great. I just hope if my dog gets lost that your service and her microchip will get her back home. I’m still hoping for a small tag but it doesn’t look like that is going to work out.

So far so good... but not much to tell as we just set up the service for Ellwood.

Service and quality of the product was as expected.

I was impressed with everything that came with my petkey ID kit. I didn't expect to receive key tags for us to put on our key chains, or the information put on that key bob. I thought the tags for my fur babies collars with the information they had on them was exactly what I'd put on a tag I'd make up myself. I just can't say enough I was totally blown away with everything including and the cost was within my budget. I'm just really glad I cared enough to protect my fur babies with this system.

We like the resulting tags, but some of the instructions were confusing. The staff was very helpful in getting us through it. We had trouble getting the paper off the sticky tape and the staff helped us with that as well. Thank you.

I want all the protection I can get for my boy

Seems to be a good deal. However, my dog is still missing. Hopefully the right person takes him to get scanned. I'll know for sure then if it's all worth it. The flyers the company generated when I posted the missing alert were awesome!
