Update July 22, 2019. Petkey contacted me and offered a full refund. I conversed with them for several days, asking many questions and after checking the facts decided to keep my Petkey membership. They were very honest and explained the situation. Thank you Petkey for renewing my faith in your company!! My search for Home Again brought up your site. I thought it was Home Again. So I paid for the coverage that I already had free since paying for Home Again when it was inserted. I was not very pleased with the deception. I will never recommend your service.

Registering was pretty easy. In my case it was transferring info from one owner to another. I am however not clear how PetKey works. Can they pinpoint the location of my lost animal or just give me the general vicinity based on info I give them. Confused!

Package was fine......but our dog soon chewed the "dog tag" sent and the numbers can no longer be read. Would hope the tag was more durable.

I haven’t had to use the service as of yet but I have seen it in effect when a local pet went missing. Notifications where sent out as soon as the pet was reported missing and shortly after it was found. I think the service is great and well worth it.

I thought all he information needed was very throughout which would be very helpful for finding a lot pet.
