Didn't know when I had my dog chipped there was a additional charge to keep to activate. Just bought life time membership

well having the dogs micro chipped has been comforting however the tags that come with the package didn’t even last a year. I would preferred to have some thing that would last longer so if the dogs were lost the microchip would be right on their collar.

No comments or concerns at this time. Nothing to add.

I registered as soon as I got my chip. Then I tried to log in a week or so later and had to start all over again. Not sure what happened to my first account. I had the username and password. The site didn’t tell me I already had an account which I thought was odd. I hope if I ever need to use the account it works better. BrendaFl.

Registration process was easy. Peace of mind knowing he can be scanned and returned to me if there is ever a need.

I’m really confused. I have one dog on PetKey and one dog on HomeAgain. Have no idea how that happened 🥴

Once I figured out how to set up the account (my vet's office didn't make that clear), it was simple to create my account. Our younger dog came chipped from the shelter, but this dog is 12 yrs old and did not get chipped when we adopted her over 11 yrs ago. Overall very pleased with the program and if she decides one day to go "walkabout", at least she's identified.
