I bought this for my cat
I bought this for my cat, not a mountain lion. It’s too big for her to wear on her collar. Also, it’s flimsy. What a waste of money.

Looks like you cancelled the order you placed for that a couple days after you ordered so we were able to refund you for this before it was personalized and shipped.

As a devastated pet owner that never saw their cat again my rating is bad for 1 reason: where and by what method did my babies amber alert go out to? I personally called vets , clinics and hospitals in the immediate area that stated they never received a alert and questioned how they would be notified. Immediate area meaning 1-3 miles away. NOT even the 25 miles i was guaranteed . Pet key assured me my alert was sent out 3 times. I have exact dates and times. My heart and head were overly vulnerable so i trusted . Completely trusted. For this reason…..that voice on the other end of the line sounded like they cared. Truly cared as they asked for payment to reactivate a chip i was never told i had to yearly update. Not a problem. Reactivate! No problem til i couldn’t find a establishment that received a amber alert or worse yet….. after documenting everything i realized i was told the amber alert went out prior to me even contacting pet key. In all fairness and honesty the person /persons i spoke with were very nice and helpful . I felt so helped. Truth; i think my baby was taken by a coyote. Future reference: I WILL NEVER KNOW the truth and have no piece of mind that my loved one wasn’t sitting our there waiting for me!!! Proof that help was sent would have brought comfort . But seriously! Questioning that the help existed is PURE TORMENT! So…… without proof!! Pet key is $ fraudulent. And believe me i dont have money But i put a $1000 reward for my baby. Never once saw the alert. That will be $45 to reactivate. We hope u find your pet but really…We Don't know anything! Sorry to the nice lady that truly seemed to care. Next time email documentation to the client will hat paid because thats what we are. Clients. That bring$. The lost pets are fall out to a business. Not to us. Not To me. They are our hearts . Our family. Not a mediocre , low establishment ….BUSINESS that feeds off a desperate , grieving , bleeding heart. Show proof of delivery! Its your responsibility since your clients are obviously week and sad when they come to you. Do What you Say! I want proof!

Many of us here unfortunately have personal experience with losing a pet so we completely understand how stressful it can be. We ask for reviews from our pet owners so we can be sure to provide the best support and outreach to reunite as many missing pets as possible. Please don't lose hope on your missing kitty as we will continue to circulate his photo and last known location and report back to you if we hear anything. Unfortunately a lot of vets and shelters are short staffed and their contacts can change so we do our best to keep in touch with them to keep this information updated. We are definitely going to review those in your immediate area to confirm we have the best contacts for them as well. Thank you for responding to our request to review. We do value the feedback.

You have me sign up and pay-THEN you say you need a picture of the dog. Nice way to do business. How about asking for the picture BEFORE someone pays, in case they don't have a picture?? I could not get past where you ask for the pic, so my missing dog, that I paid for, was never posted.
