I have been asked to review PetKey. Since my only contact with them was when I signed up, that the only thing I can review. The associate was friendly and knowledgeable.

Dont really use it yet but seems to be good for others when their animals get lost

Since I have not needed to use your services beyond paying for them, I do not know how good they are. I hope that I never need them.

Very solid product, gets a young dogs attention quickly. My dog responds well to the beep, and then the vibration...shock rarely needed. Longer hair can be problematic getting the shock to deliver, unless it's a little damp. A smaller unit on the collar would make this a 5 star product in my opinion.
