Great seevice.The only thing I have a problem with is printing certificate out, still not able to do so

Customer service was kind and helpful. I feel the multiple pet and military discount is appreciated but could be more. After paying so much money at the vet and now even more for monitoring!

Nothing out of the ordinary, glad that my fur baby has been chipped.

So far have really liked working with Petkey. I had to transfer ownership of my dog from a non communicating seller, who for whatever reason, sold me my dog and then would never communicate back with details of the microchip. With a little investigative work in my part, and some help from the folks at Petkey, we've got all odd thee transfer work done and my dog is all in my name. God willing, I'll never have to use their service to locate my dog, but if I do, I'm confidant we'll be able to find her with the help of Petkey!

I thought $29.99 was to expensive to transfer ownership.

Everything was great, I just felt a second tag should have been significantly cheaper. I can make one at the petstore for under $10.

I think it's great I just had a small glitch buying the tag when it showed me one price then charged another.

It was an little bit expensive but they were very quick to ship and get my pets chip updated.
