Good way to order, am still awaiting for my ESA letter. Order placed in the beginning of September 2019, letter was not recieved notified the company & still no later. Like the ESA identification cards... Update 10.2.19. My error on star ratings. Should have been a 4☆ not 3☆

Great product.

I feel it is an important service Petkey provides. I was surprised to find that there would be an additional charge on top of what we paid the vet for the monitoring.

My only problem was that it’s quite expensive when you have 2 or more pets

Customer service was ok/polite but not thoroughly explained on initial inquiry. I did order the lifetime membership. Called a 2nd time and better explanation of the id tag quality for price. However, I was disappointed as the id tag wasn't really as nice as I expected. I would have rather just stayed w/ getting the lifetime membership without the tag. I do like knowing my pet can be located much easier than just the vet id tag as the ph# for pet key is on the id tag.
