Friendly and helpful customer service. I was concerned about receiving the tags before we left for the summer and tags showed up faster than anticipated. Haven't had to use the finder service but I'm confident that if our little one gets away from us they will bring him back to us rapidly.

We have several dogs that have been microchipped. The one company stated that we never paid the life time membership and the dogs weren’t registered. Found out that Pet Key could handle all of our accounts. Spoke to a lovely young lady from Customer Service who helped me do just that. Now I truly am at ease that God forbid our dogs get lost we have a good chance to get them back.

PetKey gives me peace of mind, knowing that my cats would be able to be reunited with me, if they should ever get lost. I am leveraging the lifetime protection plan, so I don't have to deal with yearly renewals.
